I've had no response to my request regarding assistance getting my AT191 working with my Bell Systems BT1 door intercom.
Is there a direct way of communicating with the technical department?
I have tried BT's so-called AI system with no success.
I need to be able to have the standard configurations for the ATA 191 changed .
I have to say I find it deplorable that a device that I bought from BT is apparently locked down so that I am prevented from accessing its settings.
