One of our branches are unable to transfer calls internally. When they click transfer, enter the extension number, they can hear their colleague, but once they complete the transfer, the lines goes dead.
I've tried calling BT Cloud Voice and they passed me onto 6 different departments.
Any ideas how to solve this??
