We’ve noticed that the Cloud Express app has been showing “Maintenance in progress” for over a week now. This has been quite challenging for us, as we don’t work from the office and currently all calls are diverted to one staff member, who isn’t always available to pick them up.
One of the main reasons we moved to the cloud was so we could share and rotate call handling easily — but at the moment, this isn’t possible, and it’s resulting in missed calls and lost business.
Since our phones are all different models (with mine being less than 12 months old), it doesn’t seem like the issue is handset-related. Could you please:
Confirm when we can expect the system to be fully operational again, and
Suggest a workaround in the meantime so we don’t continue missing important calls?
We’d really appreciate an update so we can plan accordingly and continue using the system as promised.

Yes, we can't access the app as it continually says "maintenance in progress". Please progress this as we are suffering now with lost business.

What device(s) are you seeing this on and what operating system(s)? I'm not aware of any known issues with the app currently. I would advise making sure the app and the operating systems of the devices are up-to-date.
They are not alone. I've had exactly the same thing all week too.

My app is still down for maintenance. It's not far off two weeks now.
