I'm trying to help a friend setup two BT Advanced Digital Voice phones to their new Home Hub 2 router. It's a business account. The phones connect fine via WPS, ask if I want to add contacts, then complete setup. Then immediately they show a message saying they can't make or receive calls as there is no wireless connection. This despite just having connected via WPS and every other device connecting via wireless. Are the BT Advanced Digital Voice phones, (BT shop code GQVLN900) compatible with BT Cloud Voice Services?
Any help appreciated.

BT Cloud Voice is only compatible with Cloud Voice handsets. One would have been sent with the order, however if you can't find this please send us a private message and we can get this sent out for you.

So does that mean that BT Digital Voice doesn't work on business accounts even though it uses the same type of Home hub router?
