I'm trying to help a friend setup two BT Advanced Digital Voice phones to their new Home Hub 2 router. It's a business account. The phones connect fine via WPS, ask if I want to add contacts, then complete setup. Then immediately they show a message saying they can't make or receive calls as there is no wireless connection. This despite just having connected via WPS and every other device connecting via wireless. Are the BT Advanced Digital Voice phones, (BT shop code GQVLN900) compatible with BT Cloud Voice Services?
