We have had BT One Phone for just over a year. This is the worst phone system ever. Customer service is appalling.
Our phone system went down at 8:40 on 21st August 2024 and is still not working. We have had a main line calls diverted to a mobile number since then. I have called customer services/faults on numerous occasions and the problem has not been resolved. I have had one message on the portal from the faults team, I responded but have not had any updates since then. I have asked for a call from a supervisor every time and have been promised a call back. This has not happened. I have requested updates on the portal, but no response.
If i could switch/leave tomorrow!
