You can record personalised Auto Attendant messages on your BT Quantum, with different greetings for Day Service and Night Service.
Customising an Auto Attendant greeting
To customise the Auto Attendant message from the programming extension:
- From the programming extension, press the Program key.
- Select System Program.
- Enter the system programming password.
- Select Change Greetings.
- Select Auto atten day to record the Day Service greeting, or Auto atten night for the Night Service greeting.
- Select Record greeting.
- When prompted, speak into the handset to record the new greeting, and press # when finished.
- Replace the handset.
