Hello all - first post.
Like many others we have just switched our business from Plusnet to BT. We have the Cloud Voice Express system. It came with one Yealink W73H handset+base station. We bought two additional handsets. All are set up and working but I have a question about setting Callminder delay rings.
At the moment a caller must wait about 10 rings before Callminder kicks in.
According to Callminder instructions we dial 1571, 'personal options' then 'calling options'.
We are then told to select 'current setting', option 2 'change' to reset ring delay.
I don't get that.
When I dial 1571 the 'main menu' only offers me to change my personal options, press 2.
I then get 3 options.....1. change greeting, 2. access PIN options or 5. access fax options. Nothing about ring delays.
I must be missing something here. Can anyone tell me where to go to change the ring delays on Callminder to 4 rings?
Many thanks.
HY there i can see your post and i must say
Check the User Manual or Documentation: Refer to the user manual, guide, or documentation provided by Callminder for specific instructions on how to set the ring delay. This information should outline the correct steps and options available.
Access the Callminder System: Depending on the model and version of Callminder you're using, you might need to access the system through a phone menu, web interface, or dedicated software.
Login or Authenticate: If necessary, log in to the Callminder system using the appropriate credentials or authentication process.
Thanks and regards

I have the same problem, and that answer is probably just as unhelpful, though well intended, as it was to the original enquirer.
I don't get those options either, and no indication on Callminder info or Yealink user manual how to get to it.
This should be an easy thing to do but BT don't like easy.
We'll migrate to another system as soon as practical.
Hi,
I am sorry for the issues, What system do you have with us at the moment? Is it Cloud Voice, Cloud Works, One phone, Cloud Voice Express or Cloud Phone?
Thank you,
Adam
Hi Adam
Thanks - we have Cloud Voice Express
Regards
Keith
Hi,
The Cloud Voice Express user guide | BT Business is the best place to check for specific support on this service. According to the list of features Call Minder is not a service that is active with Cloud Voice Express.
Thank you
Adam
