We've installed new Yealink phones SIP-T46U models, when we try to access the directory it states 'cannot download PLCM phonebook'?
I've added contacts on the self service portal but these are not synching up to the phones under the directory, any help appreciated.

It sounds like the Yealink SIP-T46U phones are not syncing contacts from the self-service portal. Ensure the provisioning settings are correct, manually update the phonebook, and check network connectivity. Make sure all necessary contact fields are filled.
