Cloud Voice porting old numbers circle

We've just switched to CV at our small business, put in all the new phones ready for porting day when our old numbers from the SIP system would be transferred over

 

Several days later and about 20 phones calls and no porting has happened. All that happens is I get to speak to someone in CV support, who contact the porting team who say they will ring me back - and never do

 

So out new system effectively only works internally - this is a ridiculous state for us to be in, does anyone have contact information to get this moving?
