Cloud voice express

I have a cloud voice express package , phone receives and makes calls with no problem , but I am unable to access any features either via my account or the app ( never been able to access the app since contract taken in January ) have called but seem don’t seem to get any answers. Does the account have to be activated in anyway ,  thank you in advance.
