Recently switching to BT ONE at BT's recommendation has been an unmitigated disaster, so much so that I am starting to question whether they system actually works?
For two weeks we had NO phone system.... our mobile mast was blamed. The same mast was good enough to power the last pre BT ONE contract mobile we has left
IMy local BT Business centre appear to have had their phone line cut off..... not very reassuring.
The online consensus appears to be that BT ONE is a steaming pile.
I want a stable, working phone system- who do I need to speak to in BT to make that happen?

Since we switched 4 months ago we have had 2 occasions where we had no incoming calls, one of these occasions was for 2 complete days. Trying to speak to somebody on the phone took over 2 hours, the after sales service is simply dreadful, I would not recommend this system to anybody.
