Hi. I have multiple complaints logged. With bills phone not working etc… now complaint handler can only deal with one. Can’t see relevant screens and tells me to log with other departments. I have many people saying they have logged issues but no help. Hours on phone. Am a pensioner and my husband had cancer we are very stressed. Bills over £100 plus gradually bits off to £75. But can’t see what should pay. All gone wrong since new contract and cloud thing!! Who can I contact who really can resolve without being put to different depts and hours on phone. Wits end

Dealing with BT is making me ill, the stress is ridiculous. Thank goodness my home/personal account is not with them!
