I have a small business running with BT Cloud Express, now I have bought Yealink T57W and trying to provision them but the support said I can't add these phones as you haven't bought them from us. The reason I didn't buy from BT they don't have the latest phones with large screens just the Cisco desk phone that has a black and white screen.
I have the Yealink W73P but wanted the desk phones.
Can I port my number from BT so I can have a provider that supports the latest systems or is there anyone willing to help from BT?

Since BT doesn't support phones not purchased directly from them, porting your number to a provider that does support the latest systems might be a good solution. You can contact BT customer service to inquire about porting your number and explore other providers that offer better compatibility with your Yealink phones.

We only support the phones we provide as they come pre-configured with the Cloud Voice Express information needed for them to work. We are unable to give out this information for 3rd party phones. The current phones we offer are Yealink W70 base with Yealink W73 phone or Cisco 6861 desk phone.
If you were to move onto Cloud Voice, they have different handsets available to them but there are a number of elements that would factor into if Cloud Voice was a suitable solution for your business needs. The best people to discuss this with would be your Local Business/sales team.
