I opened a bt account in my name only in 2005

My number has been fraudulently used by my ex business partner, there is no partnership agreement which legally binds both our names  into a partnership.

The business ceased trading 1 year ago

Yet my ex business partner is advertising my number on solcial media under her new bsuiness name and not the business name that was used by my number

After many weeks on the phone to BT

Who assured me

My name my number

And 4 solid days constantly being passed around billing and cloud voice trying to block this person who can log in using a bill number.

After being reassured many times and putting a fraud investigation on place.

Bt have given my number to my ex business partner on what grounds I do not know as the fraud team has failed to ring me back

My ex business partner registered herself onto bt hub using an email address in my name which is also fraud and a serious breach of my data protection

I have never given my ex business partner authority to speak about my account.

Yet bt have given her my number without consulting myself

I am very frustrated as when I call I am passed around all departments and told again and again your name your number which belongs to me

I am at a complete loss that bt have not corresponded with myself and they way this has all been delt with is utter disgrace

I can't get through to the right department as options are not readily available 

Constantly speaking to billing and cloud voice is going around in circles 

This is a huge breach of my data protection and my account

I am not happy with the correspondence as there is no

Now after weeks my number is gone
