I've tried with two different handsets,
1- Press WPS button on Hub, blue light flashes, and flashes and flashes, phone eventually says "connection failed".
I have 3 of the Cisco desktop phones which work fine with the Hub.
Any suggestions?

Are you a BT Business customer and is this a BT Business Smart Hub 3? You can only use digital handsets ordered and provided by BT Business if you're a BT Business customer.
