We used to export lead data to Excel, upload it to dialer tools, and then hope nothing broke in between. Not only was it slow, but it also exposed sensitive information and caused data mismatches.
Now we just run telecalling campaigns directly from our CRM. Leads are selected inside the system, and the campaign auto-syncs with our dialer (we use Corefactors + Smartflo). No downloads, no uploads.
