So, we signed a new contract for a cloud service phone system in March, which they subsequently cancelled without telling us, and we are now trying to get it reinstated. Meanwhile I've been told that the cost has increased due to the rep over-discounting the contract.
Ca BT just change the cost of new contracts when they have been signed off by both sides?
Meanwhile, we are still waiting for the promised VOIP phones to go with our newly installed fibre broadband connection...

I am sorry about this. Normally if an order fails due to a BT error the order is replaced like for like by the recovery team.
Has the order been replaced or did you place a new order? A price increase has come into force this month (April) as it does every year.
Is this the reason the pricing is higher?
