Porting number to existing SIP trunk

Hi,

 

We have an existing SIP trunk service from BT and want to port an extra number to it. We are being told there will be a charge of £395 for doing so. The BT price list shows a £0 connection fee for porting geo numbers. Is this normal?

Hope you are well. I would have to recommend speaking to the sales team on this one on 0800 800 152 - if indeed there is a charge to that when the website says otherwise they should be able to explain why and if that differs at all from what is listed online. I myself would not be aware of the pricing but they would be the ones who would inevitably place the order and as such should be able to answer your query best.
