Hi,
Yesterday 09/10/0225 Openreach installed Fibre in my business and the broadband is working as well as the credit card machine but the Phone isn't working.
I received instructions to download a cloud voice express app to activate my phone but can't get into the app once the verification code is entered the app returns to log in screen. The same happens with my BT business app log in This is most frustrating and clients cant reach me for the last 2 days.
The only help I have received is computerised responses with no solution.
Can anyone help?
