Hi, we have 2 sites setup, but we are unable to call any of the public numbers assigned to all the users in one site. Any idea's?

Very sorry about the late reply. You may have already sourced a solution for this - but if not I would recommend contacting the relevant helpdesk. I can provide you the number for the department you would need to speak to - we do have a few cloud departments however. Do you know if you are on a cloud phone/cloud voice/SIP service? If you are unsure, you can PM me your cloud number and I can check it for you so that we are directing you to the correct place. 🙂
