BT Sport through Business Account, ID003 unable to access

Hi, I've been trying to access the BT Sport App but I always recieve the error ID003 "you haven't activated BT sport on your account yet". I have linked my BT Business Account to my BT ID, but it still does not let me access this.

Hi kripat-96,

 

The Enhanced IT Support Team are the people you'll need to speak with to get the BT Sport App activated against your @btconnect.com user if this hasn't already been arranged. Just give them a call on 0800 500 247, available 24/7. You'll need your account number.
