My Aunt has an '@btinternet.com' address which BT has put a block on (" We have strong reason to believe your BT ID and password details are no longer secure"). She follows the steps to change password, gets a 4-digit code sent to her phone, creates a new password but is then told 'something went wrong'. I joined the BT Community Forum hoping to get answers there but I can't post anything until I've verified my email address. I've had the 'confirmation email' resent to me a few times but it just does not arrive. This is BT, a major player. Why is my Aunt (and me) having these issues?
