With an Online Account you can easily access and download your bills, set up Direct Debits, make payments and switch to Paperless Billing!
Do you have one of the following services: Phone Line, Broadband or One Bill (including mobile and private circuits)?
Then you can set up an Online Account using these steps:
- First, you’ll need your BT account number, a bill reference dated within the last 9 months and an email address that is not already registered with BT.com.
- Go to https://secure.business.bt.com/registration, input your email address and create a password. Continue to follow the straightforward on-screen instructions to complete the set up.
- When your account is set up, your billing information will be immediately available for you to view. We'll also send you an email to confirm that you’ve set up your account.
