Leaving BT Business Contracts... Zappie

Hi All,

 

Just a quick note that I think will be relevant to other business owners who just want to leave BT.  


Someone from Zappie called me up, they will try to buy you out of your contracts with BT, worth exploring if you are also exhausted by the monolith of incompetence that is BT business. Currently submitting a claim to the ombudsman so i haven't been able to move forward with it, but could be interesting for other people who regret signing 5 year contracts with a company who doesn't give two sh*ts about screwing over small business owners!

Hello,
It sounds like a very frustrating experience dealing with BT business services, especially being tied to a long-term contract. It’s good that Zappie reached out and could potentially offer a solution to break free from such contracts. Sharing your experience with other business owners is helpful, as they might not be aware of such options.  

You might want to consider documenting your process with Zappie and the ombudsman claim. This could provide a useful case study for others in a similar situation. Best of luck with the resolution, and hopefully, you’ll find a more suitable provider soon.
