The data file cannot be configured

There’s a outlook ost file that I could open. However, after the Windows 10 update, I suddenly can’t open it anymore. It gives the following message, ‘Your outlook data file cannot be configured’.
I googled for this, i get many solutions for all other formats except ost files issue.
