For the last week I have been passed around from BT Retail to BT Business then onto Network Solutions both Residential and wholesale then on to Microsoft365 in an attempt to reset my forgoten password on the account ***@btconnect.com and as it stands no one can help me it seems the account has been migrated arround but everyone says they cannot  manage my account.

I am in complete dispair where can i get this issue sorted ?.

Sorry you are going through this. For a btconnect.com account, this should be handled through BT Business, as BT says these mailboxes are linked with BT account access and Microsoft 365. The best next step is to use BT’s official password recovery page first, and if that does not work, ask BT Business support to confirm which team currently owns the mailbox and reset access without passing you around again.

I am sorry this has been difficult. For a btconnect.com account, BT Business should handle this because BT explains that these mailboxes are connected with BT account access and Microsoft 365. The best step is to try BT’s official password recovery page first. If that does not fix the issue, contact BT Business support and ask them to check which team currently manages the mailbox and restore access without sending you between teams again.
