Need help domain with domain forward.

Hi,

I am trying to re-direct our domain from www.pleassthomson.co.uk to www.pleassthomsonco-essex.co.uk

I keep getting the error You are trying to set a www record, when one already exists for this domain. This can cause issues with the domain resolving properly. None of the changes just submitted have been saved. If you need to change a www record please use Advanced Domain Manager.

Could someone please put this in place for us and also change whatever settings are needed to allow us to easily re-direct in future.

Hi MMTT,

If you are having problems changing the A record for your domain name, to point it at another address,

please go to www.dnsforms.co.uk, then select DNS A record repoint and send this form to our domain name team. They will make the change for you, once they have changed the address once you should be able to make the changes yourself afterwards.
