Hi Everyone,
I have tried logging in to PhpMyAdmin this morning and am unable to do so as I am receiving the following error message:
"Cannot start session without errors, please check errors given in your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly."
To fix it I have tried deleting and reinstalling PhpMyAdmin and have also checked the config file on my webspace and that the users/databases are setup properly. Does anyone have eny suggestions on how to fix the problem ?
Also, does anyone know if its possible to wipe your BT webspace completely and start with a clean server ?

I also can't login to PHP My Admin. Got exactly the same error as you are reporting.
Also, my own website seems unable to accept login requests -- I'm wondering if the server isn't recording new sessions (i.e. this is needed for both PHP My Admin and PHP login scripts).
Does BT read this?

Spoken to support who cannot really help untill the PHP team come in on Monday.
If anyone else has the issue can they please post on the forum as it will help the issue gain attention
I am having the same problem with my website; when I log in, or when my members log in, it appears to log in the user but then immediately logs them out again. It appears to have been happening since Friday.
We are also experiencing the self same problem... am now queueing to speak to an advisor...
After to speaking to BT.. they are now aware of it, and are raising a major issue alert to get this dealt with! So we'll just have to be patient.
Thanks for the replies everyone, I did try calling tech support over the weekend but didn't seem to get very far, so I am glad someone has managed to get them on the case. Fingers crossed it will be working soon !!
