As part of our ongoing product and service review, we will no longer be offering the following Enhanced IT Support services from 30th November 2025:
- BT Business Enhanced IT Support Subscription Service.
- BT Business Enhanced IT Support Server Subscription Service.
- BT Business Enhanced IT Support PC per incident Service.
If you have this product with us, you’ll be receiving our formal notice to you, in accordance with Clause 6.2(a) of the Conditions for BT Business Services, that your contract for the above service(s) will terminate at 23.59 on 30 November 2025. You will be responsible for charges up to and including the 30th November.
BT Business Enhanced IT Support PC per incident Service (PAYG) will also be withdrawn at the same time.
Please make sure you’re prepared for this change. After this date, you’ll no longer be able to access the Enhanced IT Support help desk.
At this time, we don’t offer an alternative product with similar features tailored to your business needs.
