We’ve migrated our help website to a new platform


We’re making improvements to our Help and Support website and have moved to a new platform. It has a new look and feel but some of the content you’re looking for might not be there yet.


If you’ve landed here while looking for a help article, please come back later or ask our community to get help from our BT Business Community members. Our community is a place where members can search for information, read and post about topics of interest and learn from each other. You can also ask for or give advice on BT Business products and services, through posting questions and answers.


Our website links have also changed, so if you’ve bookmarked any links from our old site, these might not work. You’ll need to re-bookmark any pages you want to save using our new links.
