On 22nd of May, we experienced broadband problem, for which we called the technical team for help. On 23rd May, again following up with the problem, we were advised that the problem will be sorted out in 48 hours. But suddenly today, 24th May, we received and email saying our account will be closed and some personnel were going to visit the site for the collection of hub and other cables, which we were in shock and also we found out that our original number (02088891693) has been changed into a new number (02088891256).
This is to let you know that the number has been used for official purposes from last 4-5 years and has immense wide availability within our clients and on top of that we do not have any alternative number, which shows the situation here is very critical. Since internet is not working at all, we already have borne loss of 3 days and suddenly change of the number has added to it.
We are trying to talk with management and technical team but all the effort is in vain, nobody seems to professional enough to answer what happened actually. The payment is through direct debit so there is no question of no-payment of monthly bills.
We kindly request you to let us know what happened, why it happened and when it will get solved? We want to original number (02088891693) back at any cost, so kindly do the needful.
