I need a new phone line installed in my new business property. Why is it going to take about 24 days to install a new line??? The business is all set up and just waiting on phone line/number and broadband. I need a phone number to advertise also. I think its shocking how i have to wait over 3 weeks for this to be installed when bt are ament to be the best company. considering cancelling my order and moving to a different company who will install quicker. Can i move my installation date forward? I would even pay extra for this? or am i better leaving bt and find a more efficient provider?

Hi I well understand your issue , we suffered similar when our system was installed, 14 days ago we, as the engineer reported, suffered a failure in our system a mother board, each day we are promised delivery and even though we spend all day on mobiles trying to get delivery or even its whereabouts so we can pick it up, nothing .Our company is a call centre , can you imagine just what is happening here. so if you thing is tough before you start then think again it possible will only get worse. you will be assured of all sorts of back ups from client account manager to mobile numbers for 24-7 contact, well yes they are there you will never get to speak to your account manager and you can make contact to a message desk 24-7 for all the good that will do you. if you have managed a breakthrough and got some attention please spill the beans and we will all follow your route.
Try to file a complaint and you will surely get in to act right away. That's what I did before. 😉
