I spoke to the helpline on the 19th October and was told to change the filter and plug everything in to the test socket which i have done. I was then told to ring back when the problem was occuring which is in the evening usually between 6 - 8 pm.
I have tried on numerous occassions and for an hour last night and it is constantly engaged. we could not go onto the repair centre as we had 0.01 connection speed at about 7.00 pm which i managed to get on my ipad but could not use internet.
I know this is a busy period but this is a business line with business internet and i do not feel that i am getting an acceptable service from you. There is no point in me phoning during the day as it needs to be checked in the evening so I am stuck as can never get through.
What am I supposed to do??
What number did you call and is it a specific Team you need to get through to...ISDN/Featureline etc, or is it just the Telephone Fault/broadband faults Team
