550 Not Permitted [URGENT]

I'm trying to configure our point-of-sale software to send an email through out btconnect business account but I'm getting the following error:

550: Not Permitted.

 

Settings being used:

Server: smtp.btconnect.com (port 25)

Username: 123cleaners [at] btconnect [dot] com

"Reply-to" email: info [at] 123cleaners [dot] com

 

I've read many threads that talk about "mail relay" but I'm unsure about how I can do this? Can you please help!?!?!

I get this same problem every once in a while. I am sure what is the cause of it, but still want to know how exactly I can fix it if it gets back.
