One of the ADSL filters provided with the broadband package i got from bt seems to be faulty.
when a phone is connected to the filter there is no dial tone.
The other adsl filter is working fine though.
How do i get the faulty one replaced?

You can call the helpdesk on 0845 600 7020 opt 2 (24/7) and explain the issue, and they can arrange to have one sent out for you. Alternatively, if you send me a Private Message by clicking my name, and selecting 'Send this user a private message' at the right hand side with your account details, I can process it in the morning.
