Hi,

i have a domain and hosting package and i want to contact bt to change my nameservers.

PROBLEM is i don't have an account number so i can't fill in the forms or when i phone they can't help as it is a domain issue.

where do i find my account number? i've never recieved anything other than a confirmation with a user name which is only 8 digits long.
