It would be really good if you could register to receive alerts via email on when new versions of software is released along with progress updates along the way via the same service.
For example, take my current problem I have purchased BT Business PC Backup only to find that it does not install on Windows 7 64 Bit which is the operating system that came with my new PC. BT Technical support do not currently have a date for when a new version of BT BT Business PC Backup will be released that is compatible with Windows 7 64-bit, so if I could register with an Alert service that would let me know when the version will be released and keep me up to date on it's progress through testing and what is happening with the new release this would be really useful.
