Anyone on the forum from BT over the weekend that can look at a DNS repoint for some domains I transferred in on Friday? I just rung the 24/7 telephone number only to be told that the department was closed until Wednesday!!
My case reference is 120601-001408.
Can't repoint using the website myself as the A records are greyed out. In the past someone from BT has had to unlock them manually for me.
Any assistance greatly apreciated!!

The best would be for you to call them until they answer. They usually send out technicians to help you on this kind of problem.

I believe on of my colleaugues replied to your email and unlocked the zone files on the 05/06/12.
I have re-sent the reply just in case it never arrived.
Also apologies you were informed we were closed until Wed when in fact we did have a skeleton staff working during the bank holidays.
We do not send out technicians to deal with domain and hosting issues.
