Help

 

i,m not I.T minded my boss has asked me to set up the auto attendant for are phone system, we have 3 bt v8 phones and 4 phone line, he wants it to work as press 1 for sales, press 2 for accounts and 3 for delivery, so one ext goes to each phone, but if it busy it then rings the other one.

 

can anyone help please

This is not a user function, call a specialist telephone engineer otherwise you are in danger of crashing your system and am sure your boss will not be happy when he has no phones !!!
