I have the BT avaya phone system which bt supplied and instaled. I have a message that says 'waiting for a line' I have only one line and bt tell me that although i am a business customer it make take up until tomorrow morning for someone to contact me regarding what i do. Can someone please just tell met what i do to get rid of this message as i need to run my buniness not mess about for bt reply
