Hi all,
I am interested in signing up to the BT 0800 number service, but I have a few questions about it.
It says in the "pricing" section that it will cost 4.98p (ex VAT) per min (Basic). What does "basic" mean? Is there an "advanced" option that is not available online?
Also, can I set it up in such a way that calls to this number are diverted to a different number during certain periods of the day, but without the caller knowing that the call is diverted?
And finally, in the FAQs it says:
Q: Do you have a number I can advertise in other Countries?
A: Yes - We have International & Universal Freefone
How do I apply for this?
Sorry for all the questions!
Thanks,

Hi Sarah,
Thanks for getting back to me, I can't say I am overly familiar with this service on RingCentral, all I am looking for is a on 0800 number to have on my line, with the possibility of diverting calls (see link to the 0800 page on my previous post).
I was wondering really if anybody knew a bit more about it....
