BT Business 5 constant disconnects.

Hi I have been having some problems with my Business Hub 5 this week.  

 

Starting Monday (7th) I have been getting constant disconnects, sometimes every 10-15 minutes.  The hub power light turns orange and then the small orange B light pops up.  Approximately 1-2 minutes later the connection returns and all is well but most of this week I have been experiencing disconnects 3-4 times every hour.  

 

I have tried the normal BT fault checking on the website and get all the way through up booking an engineer which I have not done at present.

 

My Business hub and Infinity were both installed by a BT engineer and the Hub is connected directly into the socket without any extensions.
