Not sure if anyone else gets this issue, but I used to have it with the residential Fibre service before I upgraded to the Business one
After about a week, sometimes two, the internet would suddely become very sluggish, with very slow loading websites and speedtests would show a very erratic result (fluctuating between 2mbps and 20mbps)
A reboot of the hub, while annoying, would fix the issue for a week or more
But in the last month, I find myself having to do it every other day, otherwise I could be waiting upwards of 30 seconds for a site to load
Any idea what it might be? I'm guessing it's not hardware, as it does it with the Business and Consumer hubs.

Have you been in contact with the helpdesk to see if there is a problem with your line or router?
