BT Business Infinity no DSL light

Hi, as of yesterday evening our business has no internet access. I have contacted BT who state they cannot find a fault on the line so have closed the call and said we should expect a call from openreach in 48 hours.  The openreach modem DSL light never lights up. The company next door to us who also have BT infinity do not have any issues.  I would like to know if there is anything I can do to speed up resolution of the problem or at least find out if anything is being done by openreach as BT will not tell me anything other than wait for 48 hours for a call which is not great for a business.

 

I would appreciate any help anyone can give me.

After numerous calls to BT with each call being as if I had never called previously, we did our own fault finding and found the power supply on the huawei openreach modem to be at fault (tested with power supply borrowed from next door company infinity power supply) - but BT will not send us a new one as they haven't diagnosed the fault themselves and they see no fault on the line. How can I get BT to send out a new modem and power supply?
