I do NOT have a business.
I have NEVER had a business.
I am EXTREMELY UNLIKELY to ever have a business.
So, how do I get this across to BT and stop them keep pestering me with emails offering "Business broadband, line, calls. All for just £1.40 a day"?
And why do they make it so bl*sted hard to register a Compaint by email??
You have been subscribed to receive emails from them. There should be a link where you can unsubscribed your email account so you won't be receiving anything in the future. Or you can consider their email as spam so all of them will be sent to your spam folder.
Hi,
https://btbusiness.custhelp.com/app/contact
Complaints don't have an email contact for all of the categories, but if you check the 'Broadband connection' option you'll find one there. You may, however, have a problem if you aren't a BT Business customer, as it's a complaint form for BT Business customers.
If you're getting these emails then you may have registered interest on a BT site at some stage, which is why you will continue to get them.
What I would suggest in this instance is to email the details of the issue to support@btbroadbandoffice.com, as if I remember rightly there is a way of getting taken off the mailing lists but it has to be requested manually on an individual basis.
