Installation of BT Infinity took place on 6 June. Since then every 24 hours (give or take and hour) the service goes down - blue broadband light on BT Business hub 3 goes red. The only thing that will bring it back is a factory reset of the hub. 3 different hubs tried, BT Openreach engineer can find no problem at exchange or in building. Anyone got any ideas? It is causing serious problems.
The problem might be coming from the BT Business Hub 3. Have you requested to have it replaced? That might be the case.
We have already tried another BT Business Hub3 ourselves and the OPenreach engineer has tried another one. They can find absolutely no reason why it should be happening. When the connection goes nothing other than a factory reset will work.
