Hi,
We recently had fibre installed at work which has brilliant speed but the connection keeps dropping and the only way to get it back is to reboot the modem.. my router keeps trying to start a connection over PPPOE but it just hangs till the modem gets rebooted.
Is this normal? We need a reliable business line but this is not it at the moment.
Our ADSL was rock solid but I was using a purchased ADSL Modem not a BT one.
Anyone seen problems like this?
PS, the speeds are amazing.. 7x faster both ways.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with the modem.
I have tried to check with the details you have registered, however I can not seem to find your account.
What I would suggest is to speak to the Technical Help team who would be able to assist you with this.
Apologies if you have already done this however I have not been able to check this for you.
