Had BT Infinity for "Business" installed on 22nd January. After the install the engineer was rather surprised that I was only achieving speedtest results of about 15-15.8Mbit - he informed me that typically most people see the full estimated speed (32Mbit) provided almost immediately, despite the "10 day stabilisation" period you're informed about.
Admittedly unhappy with the results, I've now waited 20 days to see if things have improved. They haven't, and I still have the same sync speeds as when it was initially installed, despite resetting the modem a couple of times since then (roughly once a week) to see if I'd pick up a new profile.
I've called in and I keep getting told "You need to wait it out". Apparently my order is still showing as in the early stabilisation period on your systems, despite being installed 20 days ago.
All in all I'm not happy. I was given an estimate of 32 Mbit and I'm receiving less than half that. I know an estimate is just an estimate, but 15Mbit on such a "fibre" service is extremely poor. Additionally it's actually less than the advertised 16Mbit minimum guarantee published on your website. Nobody at BT "business" support seems to be able to assist me any further than telling me it's still in the stabilisation period.
Can I get this escalated or at least get someone to look at this issue, please?
