Please can someomne explain why the promised December 2010 data has suddenly slipped to June 2011 ?    The date was given to me both online and in calls to support desks.

 

If the implementation project is running that far behind already then perhaps BT should be investing in some better project managers.

 

 

ALSO, 

 

Why when I do an online check does it tell me my lines are not with BT?    I have tried three seperate numbers that are used here, and I have the BT bill in front of me and it responds with the same message each time.

 

 

 

It is starting demonstrate that BT "are loosing the plot" - inaccurate data bases, empty promises, no information and customers just left hanging.
