BT Infinity

How should one proceed if their commercial property does not show up as being planned for provision of BT Infinity, whilst the rest of the street shows a planned date of March 31st?

There appears to be confusion as to the post code and cabinet serving  our office and I can't seem to get an answer via local business sales.

Has anyone else experienced this kind of situation ?

Do you already have broadband - from BT or another supplier? If so, once Infinity has gone live, assuming that your line is connected to the Infinity-enabled cabinet any line checks done as part of placing the order will allow you to get Infinity. Postcode checkers are only as good as the data that is fed into them.

We have broadband, but have just been inofrmed that we are directly connected to the exchange and as such have no hope of getting Infinity at the present time.

I'm now looking at improving speeds by proviosion of ADSL2+ Annex M connects, if BT will supply them.
